MaisonMarché Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you find at MaisonMarché. If something isn't quite right, we’re happy to offer a credit back to your original form of payment or a store credit for eligible returns initiated within 10 days of delivery. You may also exchange your item for another product or size within 10 days of delivery.
Store Credit & Exchanges
All eligible returns are refunded as store credit or back to your original form of payment. If you'd like to make an exchange, please submit your request as an exchange. Any price differences will be calculated and will be your responsibility.
Final Sale and Made to Order Items
*All sale and made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

All tags must be intact

Shoes must be tried on in a protected area and returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a separate shipping box

Items may not have been used in photoshoots, social media, or other promotional/commercial purposes
Items returned or exchanged outside the 10-day window or in unacceptable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Returns must be initiated through our online returns portal.

*Note: A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit for U.S. returns and rexchanges using our prepaid label.

We recommend using our return portal which generates a shipping label for your return or exchange. If you chose to send on your own, make sure to use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
