MaisonMarché Shipping Policy

We’re thrilled to bring you beautifully curated fashion from independent designers around the world. To help you know what to expect, please review our shipping policies below.

Order Processing

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Should any unforeseen delays occur, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Shipping Overview

  • Complimentary U.S. ground shipping is offered on orders over $350 (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico).

  • All orders are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking.

  • Shipping times typically range from 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, high volume, or carrier delays.

  • MaisonMarché is not liable for delivery delays once your package has shipped.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a residential or business address.

Split Shipments

MaisonMarché partners with multiple independent brands, many of which ship directly from their studio or warehouse. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Made-to-Order Items

Some MaisonMarché items are made just for you. These pieces will ship once production is complete:

  • Please allow 7–14 business days post-production for delivery.

  • U.S. brands typically ship faster; international brands may take the full timeline.

  • Delivery estimates are noted on each made-to-order product page.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order—MaisonMarché is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered, MaisonMarché is no longer liable.
If you suspect your package was stolen:

  • Confirm with neighbors or building staff

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for stolen packages

Lost Packages (Not Marked as Delivered)

If your order hasn’t been delivered and tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, contact us at bonjour@maisonmarche.com.
We’ll:

  • File a missing shipment claim with the carrier

  • Work with the brand on your behalf

  • Await carrier resolution (up to 8 business days)

Once the investigation is complete:

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund within 21 days

  • If it is recovered, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible

Please note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the investigation is closed by the carrier.

International Orders

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. We are working to expand our international shipping options soon—stay tuned!
